  We had an issue with the shower handle not turning off, so the water kept running. (did turn off all the water at the main) We debated about calling the emergency number or waiting until they opened in an hour. Called the emergency number and was told that they could probably get a tech there shortly after they opened. Matt arrived before 7:45, and was able to resolve the issue - after having to drill out the screw & parts inside. Not a job for my handy husband. Thanks to a job well done!

  Great customer service and fair prices. They helped with a dishwasher install and new sink. The plumbing got more involved than expected but they kept us informed the whole time and price came in on the low end of their estimate. Very pleased to do business with Ober’s!
