  The team at Oak Creek Plumbing were great to work with and in general very responsive. The only issue is that due to scheduling challenges, they were not always able to work on our remodel project on certain days even though we were expecting someone to show up. It was never an issue with us but it would have been nice to get a phone call telling us that no one would be at our house the day of. Otherwise. great team to work with and we will be having Oak Creek Plumbing bid on our kitchen remodel soon.

  Work done: Bathroom shower stall and sink replacement, exhaust fan replacement, and major plumbing drain line replacement in the basement. The estimating process went smoothly and was quite accurate, so there really weren't any surprises. All work was well done - high quality and great attention to detail. Communication was good throughout the project. The workers were all professional and friendly. They were careful to keep the area clean from demolition through the completion of the project. We would recommend them.

  I called oak creek plumbing after having one prior estimate. I was already out of hot water and the holiday was approaching . I spoke with the plumbing manager Bob after being directed to him, he assured me we would have hot water the next day . Todd and and Bob fulfilled their promise and we had hot water the next day with an extended weekend coming. The work was done professionally and they relocated it per my request . I couldn’t recommend them more for your next project . Thanks so much to the team at Oak Creek Plumbing !
