  I got a chance to use OS Dunigan for the first time as I had an issue with a very old furnace. Jim had a tech to check it out in about 30 minutes time! Honest pricing. Luckily it turned out to be a minor fix this time. I highly recommend OS Dunigan. Great service, responsive, and fair.

  I cannot compliment Dunigan & Co enough. I called to inquire about a leak in our kitchen ceiling expecting them to say they can come tomorrow, next week, etc. The receptionist said she would give me a call back and when she did it was to say they were on the way! Vinny arrived at the house and was done in about an hour! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and hung around for a few to make sure it had stopped leaking. Plus, The cost was more than reasonable, especially for same day service! I will continue to use this company if we have any other issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

  I called and the lady that picked up the phone was rude. I asked about pricing for a service call and she responded with such attitude as if I should not be asking such questions. I will find another company that wants my business.

  Max, I am sorry you had this experience. I do not recognize this situation. Not sure if it was the answering service or a temp we had here. Either way I will look into this.
