  Very pleased with the buying experience with Chris. He gave us the technical advantages of the various systems that would be recommended for the size of our house. He did not try to pressure us into anything. I liked how he gave us the facts and we made the decision based on what we felt made sense. We felt the Daikin inverter system was for us and so happy we purchased it. Phillip was our lead technical installer and he was assisted by Hunter. They were both very professional, friendly and efficient. Phillip kept us updated every step of the way on where things stood during the installation process. Phillip really helped us understand how the system works and how to manage the new thermostat. We were a little intimidated by the new technology with the thermostat and Phillip was very kind to let us ask a lot of questions. He did not rush us and that made for a great experience. Finally, we appreciate that the commitments made on getting our new system were kept. Overall experience was excellent and we are happy we chose O & H Heating & Air.

  I have used O and H twice...in September to replace duct work and vents in the older part of my home and now in November to replace a split system that heats/cools the add on addition to the house. Five stars aren't enough for this company!! From the first phone call to Cassie who was so nice and helpful getting someone out for quotes. Chris Polk came out and saw what we needed done and was prompt with quotes. Philip Wehner and his crew Marcus and Seth were the best to work with. So nice and courteous...just a GREAT group of people to do business with who greatly appreciate your business and it shows. The work they've done for me has been impeccable. I consider myself O&H for life! If you need any heating/air help, do yourself a favor and call them!

  What a great group to do business with! It started with a phone call that actually got answered, and by a very capable and personable lady that transferred me to Chris. His on-site visit and estimate was timely and accurate. In representing his business you could tell the pride and passion he had for it. Once the install was to happen Phil updated me on the start date and progress both at the start of the day and finish. Along with Marcos, Seth, TJ and Paul they were all business at the same time conscious and respectful of my family and property. High recommend on their services! Thanks again team O&H!
