I could and would have given O'Bryan Plumbing five stars but for Kile. HIs lack of honesty kept this from happening. Kile came on a service call to unstop a sewer drain. While he did accomplish this, while doing so', he broke the rooter linkage. When he removed the linkage from my clean-out access, I noticed that the bit was missing. I didn't say anything at the time thinking he may not have used a bit on the unit. The toilet flushed and the drain seemed clear. Later, I had to call O'Bryan Plumbing back with what seemed to be the same problem. The sewer was plugged again. I paid full price for the service. That's my problem. Upon returning Ryan found the problem with the broken bit. And the additional problem with the sewer line being broken. He quoted me what I consider a fair price and facilitated the rather extensive repair. His work and professionalism is well deserving of five stars and more. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber with one exclusion. Guess what that is.

This is the 2nd time I've used O'Bryan and both times have been great! They offer free estimates and can normally fix things day-of appointment as well. I feel that they are honest and straightforward, as well as helpful. If they think it's something you could easily fix, they will tell you just that. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Needed a plumber quickly to fix the flow of hot water in the kitchen sink. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. When the technician came by, they did an amazing job of trying to fix the issue but also explaining what the issue is so we could understand. We ended up having them replace both stop valves and install a new faucet and they did it quickly and seamlessly at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
