  I called Mike in a panic and he was a life saver!!! My water heater was pouring out water and he FaceTimed me and helped me turn it off even though I wasn’t a customer of his yet! He was super nice and I can tell he is a down to earth, real-deal, no BS genuine guy. I highly recommend Mike at NY Water Heater!

  Mike was extremely honest and helped me over the phone to get my Hot Water Heater running again. He was more concerned with getting the HWH started then charging me for coming by to do an easy fix. Highly recommend him. Dominick.
