  It is with my deepest regret that I must give this company 1 star. I only give them one star because they completed the job however, they do not earn the other 4 because of the damage that they inflicted on my wall and the customer service after the job. I was quoted $250 + parts for C&S Plumbing to come to my house and install a spigot in my garage. The water tank is already in the garage, so Jose (manager) said the job would not be hard. It was the lowest quote in the area, and I thank them for that. The two crew members that came to my house were very nice however, they caused extensive damage to my wall. Because they did not bring a stud finder with them, they decided to stab my wall with a screwdriver 9 TIMES. After failing every time, they knocked on my door and asked for my stud finder. I was more than happy to let them borrow it. After installation, we tested the spigot and it worked. I asked the crewmembers how payment worked because I would like a discount due to the damage. They said that I should speak to Jose. Later that day, Jose sent me an invoice for $292.24. The original price was $317, but he discounted me $25 for the damage. I asked Jose to give me a call because I was unhappy with the discounted amount. When speaking to Jose, he told me that a $25 discount was reasonable for this kind of damage and that this kind of damage is “normal”. First, $25 is not reasonable. It will cost me more money to drive to the store, buy materials to plug the hole, buy orange peel to match the walls texture, and buy the paint to match my wall. Not to mention, I am the one who must fix the damage. Second, I am worried for future customers when the manager tells me that this kind of damage is “normal”. It should not be normal that the employees don’t have the right equipment and it should not be normal for someone to punch NINE holes in the wall with a screwdriver to find a stud. At the end, Jose discounted me a total of $100 with the condition that I never call them back. I will be taking my business elsewhere. FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS: it is nice to receive a low quote however, it is not a good feeling to have someone come to your house, cause damage, and tell you that it’s “normal” and that a low balled discount amount is “reasonable”.

  They answered on a Sunday. Scheduled me the next day. Arrived early, worked efficiently and professionally. Charged me a fair price. I was very pleased with this company and highly recommend.

  I took on a full remodel and found C&S online. They were quick to come out and quick to send me an estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly through every step of the process. It’s easy to become anxious as a homeowner when your house is getting ripped to the studs, but Jose was super patient and made sure all my questions were answered while everything was getting done exactly how it’s supposed to. Moving forward, I plan to use C&S for all of my plumbing needs!
