  I called Nugent Plumbing this morning at 9:30am and spoke to Ms. Courtney. She asked me several questions to assess what was going on. During the conversation she said they could send someone out today around 2pm. She called me back around 10:47am and said they would be on the way. Joseph and Tom was simply professional and kind. I am a 6 month expectant mother to be and they showed me what was going on and explained the process. Within an hour these two gentlemen removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. I would highly recommend this company to neighbors and friends. Thanks Courtney, Joseph and Tom..you all were phenomenal and timely to work with.

  They came to my house to repair a leak on my bathtub spicket and found it needed an O ring. It took 20 minutes and a new O ring that costs less than$1.00 and cost me $225 plus tax. Seems a little pricey. Won't be calling back.

  Same day replacement of my old electric water heater. From the initial phone call to having hot water in my home again was less than 3 hours. Prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend.
