Made an appointment with Buckles & Sons to have 2 toilets installed today. Made appointment Friday, confirmed yesterday. After waiting 4 hours this afternoon I called to get a rough ETA...the same receptionist I talked to Friday told me she had no idea who I was.  So now I have 2 toilets still in garage and looking for another plumber.

Called to have an estimate done on my home earlier this year strictly because their website says at the top of the page "free estimates available". They came gave an estimate and I went elsewhere. They then attempted  to bill me close to $100 for a "diagnostic" instead of a estimate. Pretty shady right off the bat.

Its hard to communicate with the front office. I've been waiting on a callback for weeks. Unfortunately, this combined with high prices made me look elsewhere.

I have used Nuckles & Sons twice in the last two years and I'm very satisfied with their work.  They call you when they say they are going to and respond quickly.  Very professional and knowledgeable!  Thank you Jason and Gunner for working very hard on repairing my leaks!!!

I had called them for a busted water pipe!! It was outside in flower garden close to house. They came supposedly fixed. Charged me $375.  Asked if I could divide into two payments. NO!! Couldn’t do that!! Then the next day noticed water still all over yard and drive. Saw 2 more leaks!! This was on Saturday. They supposedly fixed Friday. So water ran all night and all next day till I could get CWL back over to shut water off. Saturday 6 pm CWL charged me after hours charge!  When they returned on Monday!! Said part they had put on split!! And proudly said “no charge”. Well I hope NOT!! Called CWL to see what my water bill was $436.00. Called Nickles plumbing. Asked if they could assist with the water bill. Said oh NO WE DONT DO THAT!! So I will definitely NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ACTUALLY 1 star is to much. Plus they dug up scrub and just left out of ground. And left trash out there where they worked at!! Extremely unhappy!!!!!

The two guys that came out from this company were AWESOME! They were polite and very professional. The price was right. Super nice young men. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience. They were asked to come determine if we had a leak. They did not inform us up front that they were going to use a leak detector machine to do so which costs $450. They should have told us this up front so we could decide if we wanted to do that, which we would not have gone forth with that cost if we would have know. They hooked it up, told my husband there was no charge for today's work, and left after 10 minutes of being there. Their detector said there was a leak in the slab. We used an independent plumber after Nuckles and Son never got back with us about fixing our issue, and the independent plumber determined and FIXED CORRECTLY a leak in the WALL-not slab. Nuckles and Son never followed up with us or our insurance company until a month and a half later, and asked to come repair our leak. We told them it was fixed 6 weeks ago, and they sent a bill for $450 the next week for their "leak detector" charge. We went to the office to dispute this and no one was there to help. We called for over 2 weeks, and the woman who was supposed to handle the issue never would return our calls or call us back. My husband went again on May 14th to resolve the billing charge issue and they basically said he was lying, that he was told up front about the leak detector charge,  and that they would just file it to collections. She also told me she was not happy about our insurance and not contacting them back, which is why she never contacted us quicker about repairing our leak. Which is a lie. I can contact them easily any day and they are available. They said it was Nuckles and Son who was never there to answer calls or call them back. Which is what we experienced first hand as well. The woman dealing with our bill was terribly cold and rude, and they tried to make my husband out to be a liar, charge us $450 for ten minutes because of using a machine they did not ask to use up front-knowing how expensive it is. They are a DISHONEST and un professional company who will never gain my business or anyone else I know.

Had to have them come back and fix the problem twice in one day. But they didn't charge me twice. Very nice people and the best price you'll find.

We just moved to the Jonesboro area, and had an emergency septic tank issue (one word: backup!). My fiance called up Nuckles & Son and they came by quickly even though it was the evening. They were very nice and friendly and helpful. Also VERY fairly priced service. We were very satisfied with their service and professionalism and will definitely be back next time we need a plumber.

I had them come out and “fix” a leak.  However, the leak came back so I called them again.  They came back and replaced the part they used the first time.  But they charged me a second time for the repairs! If they had “fixed” it the first time , I would not have to had to have them come back.  I guarantee I won’t used them ever again, plus I will be sharing my experience with Knuckles with other people.
