We are beyond impressed at the level of service received from this crew. It only took 4 hours from the time of my call until the owner of the company came to give an estimate (The Owner!) You can tell how much he cares from the second you meet him/ I didn't even bother looking around after. A couple years ago when the real estate market wasn't so hot I bought a house sight unseen only to find an insane amount of plumbing issues. Cracked Line from the house to the city sewer, antique sump system, leaking hot water heater.. the list goes on. All of these issues were repaired/replaced in 2 days, and even ripped out the rooted tree in the front yard that was growing around the discharge causing the cracking. Nupipe guys were so nice, cleaned everything up and even followed up with me a month later to make sure we were happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Root issues are ubiquitous around here, and tricky. If you ask me, the one thing you want to know when you hire a company is that they'll stand by the job. Nu Pipe's defining feature is they stand by the job. Period. I cannot speak highly enough of Dave and his company. I know what the negative reviews will say: They get very busy, and communication suffers. Let me be the one to tell you it is utterly worth it to stick by, because once they service you, they stick by you. I am sure Dave has nightmares about my job, with transitions under the house and a tree that desperately wants into our pipes. We first contracted him in 2018 because we still had roots coming in our pipes after doing some big, expensive, and ultimately shoddy work to replace our line from the house to the street. We did a slipline of the first transition, and then he had to come back a year later to slip another transition, and then had to come back another time when we realized there was a sump attached to the system and the tree found a way in through there. Every time since the initial job: No charge. He makes your pipe his responsibility, end of story. This last time--1.5 years after he basically redid the job for free to make sure we were solid forever--it turned out to just be the kids putting too much TP down the drain. Once again, he refused any payment. As far as he's concerned, that pipe is his responsibility. I cannot describe how much this means, how much standing by the job has meant so much to us. Does Dave root for the wrong college football team? Absolutely. But if anyone ever gives you 's' for letting a Buckeye deal with your 's', send them to me.

NuPipe put in a brand new sewer line and within 18months my basement flooded and a plumber had to come and release the clogged line. I called and texted owner several times to fix the line and its as if I never existed. He has completely ghosted me. I sent several clients to him and feel terrible about it. If I had known he didn't stand by his work, which is very costly, I would have NEVER given out his name. Run from Nupipe, they do not do good work nor do they stand by they work.
