  I own a slab home were my residents were having issues with water leaking from under the foundation. We had the pipes camera to determine what the issue was and found that some of the pipes had cracks in them which were causing water to leak out. Rather than breaking up the floor and replacing the lines we engaged NuFlow to come and use their technology and service to “line” the pipes so that the cracks would be repaired. We gave NuFlow the camera video that we took and they provided an estimate to get the property repaired. This process took 4 days in which I had to displace the family renting this home to a hotel during this period. After the family moved back in they found that the original problem that NuFlow was hired to correct was still happened. Nothing changed or was better after NuFlow provided their services. When we contacted NuFlow about this situation they sent someone out to investigate and told me that NOW the issue was in an area of the pipes they “could not repair” and then recommended we hire and pay for another plumbing company to come out and break up the concrete floor to repair. I am out $6,950 and still have a plumbing problem that NuFlow led me to believe they could fix.

  We're sorry that you feel NuFlow was not able to correct the issue you we're having with water leaking from under the foundation. NuFlow was contracted to repair a section of the damaged sewer line that was found in an inspection completed by a third party hired by property owner. Per review of the customer supplied video we provided an estimate to repair the area of damage that was called out during the inspection. This included an area the inspector called out as "where water was leaking from". We did fix all of the issues that we were contracted to fix, per customer supplied video. There are some areas of sewer lines, such as connections or areas where the pipe reduces to smaller size that are not candidates for lining and must be excavated and replaced. These were not included in the customer supplied video and customer did not ask us to camera any additional branch arms. When our technician returned to investigate the ongoing problem, we did so at no additional charge. Which is when the area of additional damage was found. We have invited you to our office to review the before and after videos that show proof that NuFlow made the necessary repairs to damaged pipe.

  Nick and John were everything I wanted in a service provider!!! They were punctual, they were professional, they were respectful of my property! They did not damage anything in my home and left it as clean as it was when they got there! I will use them every-time I need any sewer service.

  David Bruns provided exceptional service when performing a diagnosis and then ultimately a clean-out of roots in our sewer line. His willingness to explain the entire process and provide a list of solution options was so appreciated. He is genuinely interested in the best outcomes for the project and provided outstanding customer service in his delivery of service.
