  NTX plumbing was great to work with! We used them for a hot water heater replacement and a slab leak fix. Their prices were fair, and each NTX employee we worked with was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. NTX went out of their way to accommodate me, explained the issues in an a clear and concise manner, gave me options, and answered every question I had. Thanks Alex, Jose, Scott, Juan, and technician who worked with Juan! You all were fantastic!

  We originally found NTX due to a gas leak and needed a plumber to repair. They did a great job with that repair. We were impressed with the responsiveness, the professionalism and experience of the crew, and the quality of the work. Recently, we needed to have the plumbing inspected due to foundation work. The foundation company sent a plumber that they partnered with to do the inspection so that we could get approved for the lifetime warranty on the foundation. He spent about 30 minutes inspecting things and immediately went to a solution of re-routing the entire plumbing in the house and quoting 17k-20k for the work. We contacted NTX for an independent inspection and a 2nd opinion. They found the leak and recommended a solution - which was NOT re-routing all of the pipes. Again, we were impressed with the crew's professionalism and quality of work. The owner came out to do the inspection himself. We highly recommend NTX and they are the only plumbing company we'll ever call.

  Juan and his coworker came to my house to diagnose and repair a leak from my kitchen sink that was pouring like a waterfall underneath my house (pier and beam). They determined they might need to cut into my kitchen cabinets or through the brick outside of my house to reach an old corroded galvanized drain pipe. I was stressed, to say the least! Juan really was so very professional and kind and helped to calm me down and talked with me at length over the options. He made a plan and gave me the worst case scenarios so I could mentally prepare. They came back two days later (delayed due to ice storm). They always text before they come and showed up before the expected time window. They expertly repaired the pipe with minimal cutting into the back wall of my cabinet. My kitchen was left immaculate. I was so grateful, and the repair cost much less than I expected. I will always call NTG plumbing and want them to know what excellent employees in these two men they have.
