  Call to have somebody come out as they are 24 hours. Was told by the lady who answered I would get a call back. Waited until next morning had to call back myself left a message never heard anything. Unprofessional to noteven Return my phone call. Would not recommend!!

  Very impressed! I called on a Saturday and Mark was out at my house by the next day! Really bailed me out, no pun intended! My main shut off was leaking and I was taking on water, Mark showed up on time, actually a little early and diagnosed the problem, figured out the best way to fix it and that's what he did! Price was fair and he had the water back on in no time! Very pleased!! Highly recommend Novy Plumbing!!

  Returns calls as promised. Showed up when said he would, very honest and fair and polite. Got the job done quick with no disruption to our every day life.
