  Plumbers you can trust.  We have used this company for a number of years and are always happy with the job they do.  They are very professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I call they are pleasant on the phone and easy to make an appointment with.  When the plumber comes out they take the time to explain what’s going on and what the options (and pricing) are.  There is no hard sell.  It is clear this company is in the business of making relationships.  As a satisfied customer, I will always call Novi Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

  All we needed was a new toilet installed. We bought one ourselves and had these guys install it. It worked out great. Very pleasant from the first phone call through the end. They talked to us on the phone about toilets and different options so we could make a good choice for our home. Then they came out and installed it quickly. Looks great, and works great. Great price too. Would definitely use again.

  They came right out to help when our basement was flooded. Our sump pump failed. These guys were great. They diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. They were so knowledgeable, very impressive. We could not be happier with the final result. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable rates too. Great company.
