  I am the new minister to this church we could not install the printer to my laptop I called for assistance since this is where the printer was purchased from. The robo call said press one for support. I did got i guess an operator because she said she could have a technician call. There will be a charge for that since we did not have a maintenance contract with them. Very poor customer service if you buy a product from here. You would think that if you bought something from a company they would want to help. Oh well. Thanks for letting us purchase your product with no customer support.

  I've said it once and I'll say it again. Novatech is awesome. Every time we call, someone is always ready to help. Rebeka is our contact person. She is very professional and courteous. This time we had a different tech, Kim; he was great, took his time with me and was very knowledgeable. Thanks Novatech.
