Called Norton plumbing on a Tuesday at midday because of a very bad water leak in my yard and under my house.   He was there in about 20 minutes and assessed the damages.   He quoted a price and told me when he could be there to repair and replace the damaged pipe.  He showed up right on time on the agreed upon day and quickly replaced the pipe.   He cleaned up after himself and did his best to leave my yard the way is was before.   He came in under budget and we’re extremely grateful.   He just earned a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs

I had a plumbing emergency. Norton plumbing responded to my call in 30 minutes. They were at my house in 3 hours.

Horton plumbing personnel diagnosed and repaired my emergency the same day, working beyond non working hours to complete the repair.

I asked Horton plumbing personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of my entire plumbing system. After the inspection they went over the report and advised me of any repairs that needed to be made.

Norton plumbing personnel were extremely kind, courteous, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and uniquely professional. This is the company I will choose to do all repairs to my home and my relatives as well in the future.

My repair seemed to be in line financially with other companies, and maybe a little cheaper.

If you live within a 50 mile radius of Griffin, Ga. call Norton Plumbing. You will not be sorry.

If your looking for a plumber, I would HIGHLY recommend Norton Plumbing out of Thomaston.  I spoke with Brad Norton, the owner, on the phone Friday evening. He pretty much diagnosed our problem over the phone and was at my house early Saturday morning.  Took care of the nasty clogged pipes and got my water flowing again!!  The price was exactly what he quoted me on the phone, because no other “services” were needed.  Very reliable, professional, honest and friendly!!  I pray you don’t need them, BUT if you do, you can depend on Norton Plumbing!!

They showed up on time. Professional and very nice. They found the problem and took care of it quickly! Also, their rates are very affordable!!
