  I had a water heater leak on a Monday, just after a large storm in my area. I didn't think the company would be able to come out as quick as they did, but they arrived within 1 1/2 hours after I called. The tech was quick and took care of my leak and fixed a valve issue with my water heater while he was there for the leak. I couldn't be happier or more relieved that it is fixed and as fast as they did it. Great sense of humor too...great company.

  Outstanding service, called on Tuesday afternoon and they were there Wednesday by noon. Jamie, my tech, was extremely professional and was very very clean! He also was able to expertly explain in great detail what was wrong, why it went wrong, and how to prevent in the future. I would recommend Northwest Mechanical to anyone in need, and plan on using them for regular maintenance moving forward.
