  I had a major clogged drain. I called Northland after attempts by others to help and/or getting no call back from others. Northland's website was impressive so I contacted them. Their customer service was impeccable. Their response was timely. Scott educated me about the reason for my problem. He was professional, efficient and informative . I will use Northland for all plumbing, septic and drain clog needs in the future.
