  My son showed me an item he thought was cool. I thought I would like it and I went to your site. When the head set up an account which took less than a minute.. Ran through the order and put in my financial data again less than a minute.. Boom, It will be here in about 4 days cause I picked the free shipping.. I've gotten stuff from northern but it was a long time ago.. I'm definitely going to look over the catalog

  I accidentally ordered the wrong heater and paid express shipping due to extreme cold weather. When I received the unit I noticed my mistake immediately. I emailed them and they instantly went to work. Thought awesome...until they will not refund shipping, offer the right unit, or schedule a pick up for the returned item. I emailed them back letting them know if you ca t help with this total loss then I'll keep it and sell it. It's not worth the hassle transporting it to a place to ship...pay for shipping after I list 170 on express shipping for a unit that cost 170....nope sold it thanks for not helping me!!!!!
