  Really impressed with Austin. He was able to stop by our home on very short notice. He called me once onsite and explained his observations and his thoughts on what should be done...and in this cased determined that work wasn't needed (just a problem with the traps running dry). Really impressed that he was professional, trustworthy and clearly very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

  I was looking for a local plumber to help with a clogged drain that was backing up the kitchen sink and the basement utility sink. The owner talked to me to understand exactly what was happening and requested pictures. I sent the pictures and he gave excellent advice and walked me through the process on what I should try first before committing to a potentially costly appointment. He did set up a very timely appointment in case I was not able to fix the problem on my own beforehand. Thanks to his honest and helpful suggestions, I was eventually able to fix the problem on my own. This is a very knowledgeable and honorable business owner and I will 100% look to use Northern Drain Plumbing Services for plumbing services in the future.
