  Extremely knowledgeable and friendly company. They really explained exactly what the issue was and walked us step by step through how they were going to fix it. High integrity company, we never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

  We used our service line warranty to repair a sewer line and this was the company they chose for us. We had a $10,000 max benefit for the sewer line and this NoCo plumbing kept adding and adding more that needed done until we were over our max. They agreed to "forgive" the $1,500 over the $10,000 max so that the warranty company would close the claim and write the check. Since getting their $10,000, they've never been back to complete the work, many no-shows over the past 6 weeks since we have been dealing with them and now they simply won't respond at all. The work is half done, we have a giant hole in our front yard where they put the new cleanouts, and they got paid for work they never did by our service line warranty company. They spent about 3 hours total working on our house and got $10,000. It's shameful. Would not recommend. Addendum: after over 2 months of waiting for completion of this job with many no showed appointments where we stayed home from work to meet this company, they finally came by, unannounced, to finish the work. Only after a complaint the the BBB. While the work was finally completed in a satisfactory end product, and the workers themselves were polite and apologetic, I still would not recommend this company due to the poor professionalism, poor communication, and lack of respect for our time.

  We used Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain to replace our polybutylene plumbing. The repair seems to be good quality so we are happy with the replacement. Our biggest concerns were the lack of communication throughout the project and the way our house and yard were left after the project was complete. We have a huge mess to clean up in our yard and on our concrete, which was extremely disappointing. The holes in our yard were filled with gravel/dirt which we will now need to take out to lay new grass seed or sod. In addition to the poor shape of our law and yard, we had to clean mud off our window frames from where the plumber entered and exited the house. With a little more respect and attention to detail, we would've been very happy with this project.
