  He was very helpful and friendly. I went in looking for ideas and he gave me 2 feet of flexible duct-work to try out and didn't charge me anything even though I offered.

  I tried calling to get help with a plumbing issue and the jerk hung up on me. Never have i ever been so irate with my customer service. Guy was the biggest idiot all of minnesota. I would highly recommend you save yourself the time and disappointment!!
