  I am a real estate Broker. Often I will have a client that needs their HVAC system repaired and usually a bit of a time crunch too. North Cascades Heating has done the majority of my work on different homes and the work is always done right and on time. Not a complaint!

  When we purchased the old home , with an "Vintage" Central Heat/AC in it, we had North Cascade Heating and Air Conditioning come out and do an inspection and service. The Tech was on time, professional, and patient. We were impressed being new to the area. A little over a year later in the middle of the PNW's worst summer weather event ever..115+, the fan in the forced air unit went out. Patiently we took place in the long line of emergencies (#46 at time of call...46 on a holiday weekend.) First thing Tuesday morning after the Holiday, I get a call and their tech was there and had us up and going before I left for work. These folks get it done! If you need AC or Heating work....Tom and his crew are Essential Workers and Super heroes!!!!!

  The professional and honest service we received from this Company is unmatched from our experience so far. From the time of consultation and estimate to finished job, was less than a week. They were here 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, and worked hard for at least 6 hours. They also saved us some money by giving us an explanation and option, as to why a heat pump may not be necessary for our particular situation, saving us over $4.000.00. They could have just sold us one. They left yard and indoor work space pristine, and were friendly cheerful guys! We are so thankful!!
