  I hired Malcolm remotely to replace an existing upper level railing and design and construct a professional quality yard/pen fencing on the lower level. At all times he offered suggestions, kept me informed of the progress, sent many photographs, and took great care of the project and the property. He estimated fairly, solicited my input, advised me of minor course corrections, and put in many hours to get the job done right. Malcolm kept the workspace clean and tidy, as photos demonstrated. The resulting projects are beautiful and of the highest quality. I also like his website that is easy to use and accurately monitors the project. Highest recommendations from me, and I will use his services again!

  It Seems these days it is hard to find a Handyman and one that is dependable! Malcolm is dependable and did a great job for the projects we had around the house!
