  Paul came out right away and was very honest about the scope of the work. He helped me make decisions about what to do if I purchase the home I'm looking at and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work. I will call them again when I need plumbing work done.

  Today is 9/8/21 My mother lives 25 minutes away from Nixon plumbing. I explained to the woman that answered that My mother has a clogged bathtub in a 1 bathroom home and that she sent an email via the website and I just wanted to follow up. She said they only have 3 plumbers, One is on vacation and after his return another one is leaving on vacation next week. She said to go out to us would be $100, I told her that’s fine. Then she said that they don’t have time for a plumber to come out it would be a 3 week wait and she would check with Mr. Nixon. She called me back and said we appreciate you calling us but we don’t have the man power to come out...lol professional indeed. What sort of service doesn’t at least offer to put you on the schedule?
