  I would give 0 star if possible. I was waiting about two months for en estimate to replace entire furnace and duct work in my townhouse. Mr. Nixon came out but did not even give me the courtesy to talk to me in person. He just walked the townhouse (contractor let him in), did not even give me a call that he was there - I was literally one minute away. When I called the office, I was told that he is not interested. He did call me afterwards and told me that he gets lots of jobs and can pick and choose what he wants to do. Worst experience ever!

  I have lived in South Lake Tahoe since 1999. I wanted to get the furnace cleaned. First, I called and left a message Monday morning and never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and left a message and a woman called me back. She identified herself as the secretary and she was incredibly rude. I asked very basic questions and she said she just does the booking and doesn’t know anything about the services offered. She was very rude on the phone and very unprofessional. I would never treat anyone the way she did on the phone

  Didn’t even use their service. Called and asked about having a plumber come out to take a look at my broken water heater. Didn’t get more than a sentence out before I was rudely interrupted by the person who answered the phone, Wendy. If she is the person who represents this business, the owner is making mistake there. She is rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.
