  My water heater had been leaking for a short time, so I called Nitro Plumbing. They had this guy, named Jacob, come by. Ended up being that I needed a whole new water water. We scheduled it. Few days later, it was installed. He did it all by himself, in an evening. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. Did a great job!!!!! I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

  Really not sure what happened here -- many very positive reviews but my experience was quite the opposite. I have a broken and leaking water heater and scheduled an appointment for Nitro to come out and replace it. The appointment was scheduled for between 3:30 and 5:00. I called the office around 4:30 to see if they were still coming and left a voice mail. They never showed that day, and never returned any of my follow up calls. Honestly I hope everyone is ok because it seems so out of character based on reviews. At the same time, I'd really like to have hot water again and take a warm shower.

  We called Nitro to handle the plumbing piece of a kitchen remodel in our condo. They started work within a week and finished the job in a day. Phoenix (with an assist from Wyatt) worked like a Trojan and did a very craftsmanlike job. We're completely happy with the work and will call Nitro without hesitation next time we need plumbing help. Highly recommended!
