  I have been in service industry for over 45 years and I suggested a normal scenario of blocked drain line and he told me he could not give me an estimate until I told him what street I am on. He obviously has different pricing for different areas. Not someone I would trust for truthful service. 2 other companies gave me up front estimates without the spotlight. I do not recommend this vendor. I would give zero star if possible.
