  Reasonable and Reliable. I echo what other reviewers have said here about Jonathan. He assessed the problem with our AC unit and gave us all the options. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, or default to replacing the unit entirely. The most impressive thing I can say about this NextGen is that the owner is honorable, honest and hardworking. It was a bonus that our problem was resolved same day thanks to his willingness to drop by and see if he could assess the issue. Pricing was fair and transparent. Service and knowledge of the AC unit was exceptional. Highly recommend.

  Honest Contractor. Saved me $14,000 by fixing the system instead pushing to replace it. Fair price for work done. Work done right the first time. Jonathan was refreshingly honest about being able to fix my unit instead of giving me the hard sell to replace the system. He came out to give me an estimate and after assessing the situation spent a couple of hours getting my system up and running again, saving me thousands of dollars. He also gave me a fair quote on a new system and the confidence he inspired in me makes me certain that when the time comes, I’ll be giving him a call for that upgrade. He did a great job of helping me get another couple of seasons out of the system, which gives me time to prepare for the cost of replacement down the line. Thanks Jonathan.

  I've used this company several times over multiple properties with furnance and AC calls. NextGen is responsive, professional, and provides a higher level of service than I've experienced from any similar type business. It's hard to find reliable people. NextGen has proven reliable, providing timely service to restore heat and AC for my tenants. I've already referred NextGen and will continue to do so.
