I couldn’t be happier with Patrick’s service! He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my A/C and resolved the issue right away. He also helped clean my filter and gave me recommendations on how to keep my system in tip-top shape. Patrick’s care and attentiveness gave me peace of mind and I will sleep soundly (and coolly) tonight thanks to him!

I used NexGen for the first time for a regular maintenance on an HVAC system. They got me in with an $88 advertisement for a tune-up. I've been around the block I know to expect upsell. The upsell was pretty hard. After discussing with the technician we agreed that some work needed to be done and he negotiated a decent price. Both technicians who were at my house were extremely pleasant and nice. I do like that they take pictures of your unit and explain why they recommend certain things. Well I didn't appreciate the hard sell. Once I made it clear that I just wanted to do the basic work they did not push.

Lukas was excellent! He communicated with us that he was on his way, arrived on time, promptly assessed the leak, gave us an estimate for the repair and then repaired the broken pipe quickly and professionally. We will definitely continue to use NexGen for our plumbing needs.

Omar was the technician assigned to do the 28 point inspection. Came on time as scheduled. Communicated by phone arrival time as a heads up. Polite considerate & explained what is covered on the inspection. Patient in answering questions & explanations are clear & concise. Thanks

Michael from Nexgen started off with a courtesy call letting know his ETA. Very professional and knowledgeable. He ran a diagnostic test and figured out the problem with my HVAC system. Overall the experience was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Nexgen HVAC & Plumbing Co.

I had NexGen come out to get a second opinion about my air conditioner. Canoga Park Air advised  the air conditioner needed repair but due to the age of the unit they wanted to replace it. Patrick from NexGen verified specifications of my air conditioner .At this time  It does not need any repairs. I do have an older unit that will probably need to be replaced in the future but right now it’s running just fine. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the ducks in my house were all put in upside down. Patrick  noticed right away and fixed them. Made a huge difference in the temperature. I am totally pleased and relieved to say the least.

He called about an hour before arriving, and arrived on time.

He carefully explained all of our options, and not pressure or “upsell” us.

His work was done neatly and cleanly, and we are very happy with the outcome.

I just wanted to share what a pleasant experience we had with the tech who works with NextGen . It's refreshing to see businesses  caring about genuine Customer Service. The repairman was prompt, professional  and very personable. He  explained the entire process and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell. I felt like he provided me an honest estimate and recommendation. So thank you David Fogg  and  NextGen for employing such knowledgeable and helpful repairmen.

We got an estimate for a big job from another plumber, so we called Nexgen for a second opinion. Kevin from Nexgen was way more thorough, way more detailed in his explanation, way less saleman-y, gave us multiple options, and came in less than the original bid. He answered all our questions and walked us through every step. Calep and his crew that handled the bulk of the work were respectful of our house and finished everything on-time. Plumbing problems are no fun, but I feel way more confident that they'll be taken care of correctly and fairly with Nexgen!
