  I can't talk to anyone in a timely manner. If their checks were put on hold as their services provided is, then they could feel the frustration that we customers feel. This is the sorriest service that I have ever experienced.

  I tried to pay my bill on the automated phone line but they change to a new greeting which goes on forever forever and then hung up after the greeting was over. I tried to do it again and the same thing happened so I was not allowed to pay my bill through the automated phone line. It has done this a few different times lately and even the online accounts are difficult to use.

  I have been locked out of my online account for a year. I have tried the reset my password link but never receive an email to reset. And yes, I check my spam folder. I called and have waited at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone each time, and they can't resolve the issue either. They said they'll send a link to my email. Gee, because I haven't tried that already. NOBODY at NN Waterworks knows how to fix their online system so I had to switch to paper billing.
