  newman plumbing was contracted to install updated water meter equipment in my home. i scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. when i called to complain i was told he must have showed up otherwise he would be in trouble. when i rescheduled and they installed the equipment my water was contaminated with black rubber pieces. i complain to the city and was told to call newman plumbing. i called newman plumbing about 10 times and was told it wasn't their problem. i ended up fixing it myself.
