  Newell's plumbing was hired to vent a toilet vent pipe. The first time they came out they ran a pipe to an exhaust fan that doesn't run all the time. Said there was a steel roof so they couldn't go through the roof. The second time they came out they just cut a hole in the exhaust fan hood and put a pvc pipe in the vent hood. They were paid by northern tier community action both times and the reason the work was needed to be done correctly was there was mold removed because the original contractor didn't complete the venting properly. Not satisfied with the work they were supposed to do. The first 2 pics are the roof you can clearly see asphalt shingles the second is of the fan vent hood the cut a hole in and stuck a pvc pipe in. Would definitely check the work accomplished when they say its done.

  Bob G, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you are frustrated. However, I don’t see that we have worked for you. We do see the photos belong to Sharron Manning. From our understanding Ms. Manning was satisfied with all work done at location. By the hiring contractor and her signing off on paper work. For all the jobs that were done back in July, August, and September. On 7/7/2021- Ist work order was broken sewer line. Went repaired broken sewer line so that the other contractor crew could do their job. On 8/18/2021-2nd job came in later for gas leaks. Replaced shut off valves and repair leaks. On 9/1/2021-3rd call came in to go and extend vent pipe that was already there up through roof. Our Tech only drilled out one circular hole. The work was inspected and by hiring contractor. If there is anything else that you would like to address, please feel free to give Newell’s Plumbing & Heating Inc. a call or the hiring contractor.

  I have called upon Newell's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning on two separate occasions over the past few months: 1) to help with the updating of my natural gas line for my new stove and 2) when my hot water tank needed replacement.   Excellent service that went above and beyond! When my furnace died, they were quick to lend me space heaters until they could give me a quote on a replacement. They gave me multiple options for solutions and all were very competitive in price. And once ordered and installed, they followed through to make sure the new furnace was what I expected. I only have positive things to say about them and definitely recommend them for your heating needs!
