  I had inquired about a leaking unit. Tom arrived and informed me that it was time to for it to be replaced, unfortunately. He had promptly quoted the job and within a few days here we are! With a brand new unit done like professionals that they are. Super happy and would definitely recommend any time👌

  It's been a wild ride in Newburgh, and I've had my fair share of plumber experiences. The quality varies wildly, but now I'm sure those days are behind me. John was extremely responsive and helpful when I first contacted him with my issue, which was some extensive need for updating a bathroom and repair of a boiler. He was extremely knowledgeable with his diagnosis, as well as his scheduling. I feel that his multi-decade experience in New York City means that he goes the extra mile in terms of quality of craftsmenship and quality of service. The project was completed on time and I would work with John again in a heartbeat.

  I was looking for a plumber because I was having issues with my toilet clogging. I found Newburgh Plumbing on Angie's List and I am so happy that I did! John immediately called, asked us a few questions and knew exactly what was wrong. He came the next day with his apprentice. They were very professional and personable. He quickly fixed my issues, worked with me on pricing and even went as far a giving us tips about other issues we had. I mean, what plumber does that?!!! John does, and now he has a customer for life!! I highly recommend Newburgh Plumbing and once you use them, you won't regret and you too will be a customer for life!
