  Derek with New Hudson Plumbing was extremely friendly on the phone when I called inquiring about replacing a leaking/worn water heater. Knowing that the water heater may leak more (since it had already started), he scheduled an early replacement for me and showed up exactly at the time we set. He was very personable when arriving and explained the steps of what would happen for the replacement before starting. His work was fantastic and since my younger Son was home as well, we stayed downstairs for some of the install (as I knew he'd have questions) and Derek explained the steps. My Son particularly enjoyed the blow torch demo (from a safe distance, of course). Derek kept the workspace clean and removed everything as he left. I would definitely recommend New Hudson Plumbing and will give Derek a call next time I need some plumbing work.

  Derek Graves was very responsive to my call and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. He replaced two outdoor spigots with ones I had purchased and explained his plan for the replacements with me before starting work. Derek was very professional, trustworthy, and fairly priced for his services. I will definitely refer him to others and call New Hudson Plumbing again for any plumbing issue that I don't want to handle myself.

  Derek has provided us with terrific service, very fair pricing, and the willingness to do the job right! We can not thank him enough for his help with our laundry room, two bathrooms, and a sewer repair. He has a customer as long as he wants to work! Call him, you won't be sorry! The Connolly's.
