  I highly recommend New Era Plumbing. Bobby J headed up the demolition of the existing pipes and the final reconfiguration of the installation. Michael C lead the crew for the water heater installation. The entire crew were so professional and the work was so quite as they worked inside my home. The scheduling technology is on point, and they really do go beyond the call. During the initial inspection with Michael C, I new I had the right company. He is really good and a straight shooter on what needs to happen. Also, Bobby J pointed out an item that was crucial on my sink installation by others and I had it corrected. This corrective items over time would have been an issue for my sink. The price was competitive and fair. So if you need a good plumbing company with a good crew, I believe New Era would be a good choice.

  It is so sad that I must leave this review about this plumbing company, but I think it's fair so that others are aware. I called New Era Plumbing to have them come out to reseal my toilet. To make a long story short, the guy comes out and quotes me $529.99 to lift the toilet, put down a new wax ring, and set the toilet back into place. From my YEARS of being a homeowner, I have NEVER been quoted such an exaggerated price to have ANY work done on my home. To reseal a toilet (30-45 minute job) that number seemed obsured tome. I paid him the 60$ fee for him to come out and use his eyes for 5 minutes to do an assessment of the issue. He comes back to tell me what I already know, "it needs to be resealed." I then called the company because I wanted a break down of everything because $529.99 does not add up to a reseal job. After speaking with Susan, she then says they can do the job for $375. I still wanted a breakdown just so that I can see what I am being charged for. I am so not willing to be overcharged. In my experience, I know that when a company over exaggerates the price for a job, they do not get much business. Companies like this KNOW you are not going to agree to the inflated price so they happily accept the "diagnostic" fee. I cannot recommend this company to others because in my opinion, they are not fair with their pricing. I will never call this company again, not even to just say hello.

  Nick showed up right on time and evaluated all my plumbing issues. He was professional and very respectful. Fixed my show, sinks, and replaced my garbage disposal for a good enough price. He was able to answer all my questions, get the job done in two hours, and was very kind.
