  Nevels was used by our builder in 2018 to install all our plumbing and gas lines. We were supposed to receive a direct line to each plumbing fixture per our contract. One of our full baths only received one hot line and one cold line. Even though our contract stated that technically both sinks, the toilet, and the shower should have received separate lines, we instead just asked that the shower have it’s own separate lines to keep the pressure and temperature from changing if the sinks or toilet were used. Instead they just gave one sink separate lines. We asked again for this to be fixed and it took them 2 1/2 months, after drywall/paint were up, and withholding their last payment before they fixed it. Also the rude behavior and even worse work after we brought up the error the first time showed us they were not true professionals. This was just one of many problems we had with them during our build. Multiple things done incorrectly or put in wrong places, lines that were run without being secured (that I secured to the best of my ability). Now a year later, our bath faucet was installed incorrectly as it is not secure to the floor, the water lines thump in the walls or basement when run, and we just had a supply line to our half bath leak overnight to warp and crack the wood floor around the toilet and flood the corner of our basement all over my tools. Safe to say, it wasn’t the products failure but bad installation. I would not recommend them to anyone for any job.

  Sadly, this company doesn't even have the common courtesy to return calls. I was referred to this firm by others so, I thought I would have a decent experience. I called Josh and explained I wanted to add an expansion tank to a hot water heater as well as I wanted to add a gas cooktop lines and hookups to the new home I purchased. I get it that the 1st job was only $225 or so but ultimately I wanted plumbing services for my new home including the gas cooktop, new sink install and bathroom hookups because we added granite tops to two bathrooms. I sent send him the model number and other info on the water heater. He said that he would call me back later that day but that call never came (they should change the company name from Nevels Plumbing to NEVERS Plumbing). I called him back three times and sent text pics to his cell but again, NO RESPONSE! Finally feeling rejected, I called Lay plumbing and met Allison, she made an appointment right away for both jobs.. Avoid this Plumber !!!!!!!!! OH, never mind, they will avoid you instead.

  Great experience . We have used Josh Nevel's and his Dad before him for many years. Very good plumbers and nice people. Dwayne works with Josh Nevel's and they are a great team. We highly recommend them. Sandy & Jim Krajceck
