  I called Neuman's plumbing because my garage door was left open and froze my pipes up. After thawing I had a break in a pipe so I called and talked to Dan and he said he would have a guy out in a couple hours. Ron their serviceman showed up and was very professional and had me back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Neuman's plumbing.

  Bought a brand new home and Newman's actually did all of the plumbing on the home. Its just a track home so nothing crazy. Within 3 months of moving in we had a leak from the master shower. The leak went unnoticed for months until water started dripping through the cieling below. The leak caused mold and lots of damage. The leak was from the hot water line not being clamped all the way. Luckily the home was still under warranty so everything was taken care of . A year later and we notice a black dot on the same cieling , but a different area. So guess what??? Another leak. This time from the hot water line again, but the line that runs to the master sinks. So Newman's comes out and puts a big hole in my cieling to fix the leak. I asked if they were going to repair the drywall and the owner (pretending to not be the owner) said oh I'll have to check with the owner to see if he is going to pay for that. First off, don't pretend to not be an owner when something goes wrong. Own up to your mistakes. We had to pay to replace and repair the drywall that they removed to fix their leak. So frustrating and annoyed that you buy a new home to not have these issues and yet because of simple carelessness we've had to deal with leaks. Now, we start finding rust stains in our showers and on our clothes. Guess what this time? Newman's used glavanized pipes for my water heater air expansion tank. Sure enough the glavanized pipes are rusted causing me to ruin an entire washing machine and countless clothes. Completely not happy with Newman's. Will never use them for anything. The amount of damage they have caused is crazy. I get that when they do these track homes they are on a timeline, but seriously 3 plumbing issues in a brand new home is a bit much dont you think? And then for the owner to pretend to not be the owner and own up to mistakes from his company is definitely frustrating.
