  I had Nelson Comfort Solutions install a new furnace and a/c unit in our house and it is working great! These guys are very easy to work with and they got the job done quick. They also have great follow up service to make sure things are still working great. Highly recommended!

  I've used Nelson Comfort Solutions twice now. My parents have used them as well. I would highly recommend them. Travis comes out to evaluate the situation. Then they send out a technician to come out and fix the problem. They are very professional and the pricing is affordable. Call them today if you have any problems!

  Job they originally told me would take about 3 days lasted almost 2 months. They dug in the wrong spot so they decided to charge me almost $2000 more to dig in the right spot to do the job (just left of where they dug the first time). They also agreed, in writing, that they would replace the concrete as part of the job (which had been paid for in full). We had to wait for the ground to settle after being filled back in. Contacted them in mid/late August and was told he would be out that Friday. Friday came and went, no one showed up and nobody contacted me. Tried contacting them again the next week, received a response saying they would look into it. Haven't heard anything from them since. It is now October 19 and even though I have tried contacting them a few times I haven't hear a peep from them.
