  I reached out to this business several weeks ago and made an appointment for today. They no called, no showed and when I reached out I go no response. ** Edit: this business did reach out and explain the situation to me. They have rescheduled and I will accept that as an adequate response.

  I’m sorry to hear that there was some sort of miscommunication in scheduling . We have no Records phone # address or information of this individual. This review was l6 six hours ago. We have no text messages ,no voicemails or no emails referring to this individual. If Jennifer D. would like to reach out and contact us we would respond immediately. Unfortunately we have not heard from this person. NPLLC has never canceled on one customer since in business . whoever this is please call us and we would like to resolve the situation Happy New Yeat!

  I had a bathtub faucet that was leaking, and Donaven came out to address the issue. He quoted a price up front, he was very courteous, and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.
