  The lady that helped us...Sandra I think...was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Definitely helped us find what we were looking for in our price range! They have a huge selection, not just what's in the store, and if you bring in an idea of what you're looking for she can help you find it!

  First time here and wow is all I can say. Made the mistake of going thru the showroom door when we needed a plumbing fitting. (It's that door or go to the contractor side; we aren't contractors sooo...?) I was informed by a woman to the right at her desk they don't have plumbing fittings. When I questioned her about them being wholesale plumbing she rudely told me to go thru the door way to see Jeremy. Got what we needed from him and as we were walking out she said something to her coworker about not having plumbing... ridiculous.
