  Called for a tech to come check a gas smell and after asking the tech a few questions I decided to tell him never mind coming. He was very rude after that and told me " I HOPE YOUR HOUSE BLOWS UP". I've tried getting answers from office personnel and still 24 hours later nothing. The only person that has apologized is the woman that answers the phone. Not even the Vice President has apologized. Therefore I am going to file an official complaint with authorities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  Dale D. the electrician that was sent out to perform the service was really professional knew what he was doing a lot of experience. I greatly recommend!! Thanks for the work Mr. Dale, also National Heating & Plumbing service department.

  National is 2 for 2 with us! In the same week we had water all over our kitchen floor and then our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days later. In both instances they were extremely quick to get there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. Thanks Logan and Mike! We won't be calling anyone else from here on out!
