  If you actually expect to get your plumbing repaired, I wouldn't recommend using Nathan best plumbing in Gastonia,NC. I called on Monday to get someone to repair a broken tub spout. They said they would come out on Friday and give me a call on Thursday to set up a time. I received a text on Tuesday with a link to rate their service. I replied with my contact information and asked for confirmation for a Friday appointment. I never received a response. I called Friday morning to find out if someone was coming out and was told they would call me back. I never received a call. I called around 1 pm and was told someone would be out around 3 pm and they would call 30 minutes before arriving. After hereing nothing, I called at 3:45 and was told they were stuck in traffic on I-85 and needed to reschedule for Saturday. I asked for a morning appointment and was told they would arrive between 9 and 10 am. I'll bet you'll never guess, never received a call and nobody ever showed up. I had to work on getting another plumber that did come out on Saturday. Don't waste your time with Nathan Best plumbing, they won't have time to do the work needed.

  The two gentlemen that came where very down to earth and knowledgeable. Took care of business played with my dog and gave a warranty for their work. Definitely worth the money and their time. I am very appreciative with the work they did.

  Thеу were extremely friendly аnd helpful. They іdеntіfіеd thе рrоblеm with mу heater which unbеlіеvаblу was a dead bird ѕtuсk in thе еxhаuѕt vеnt. Thеу checked thе rest оf thе heating system іt’ѕ working fіnе.
