Not sure how this company manages to stay in business but it will not be from me. Customer service is non-existent. Lady who manages their calls just lied to me on the phone then turned my service call away. Hello? Ya'll installed the plumbing on my property and I am being turned away? No alternatives? No solutions? This is not how you treat/retain your customers. Find someone else.

When we were able to finally build our dream home, we trusted Mr. Napier to be our plumbing subcontractor. #1 The first thing that happened was that they installed our dishwasher and then turned on the main water line without ever checking to make sure there were no leaks. By the next day when we went to check on the progress the entire 2nd floor and subflooring of the kitchen and surrounding area was ruined and had to be replaced because the dishwasher had been damaged in shipping and Napier plumbing just turned on the water main without checking for water leaks. So it cost us over $50,000 to have the brazilian cherry floor, sub-floor and 1st floor ceiling and lighting to be replaced. #2 Because the house is 3 stories, we paid them extra to install a continuously circulating hot water system so we would have good hot water quickly no matter where it was located in the house. Shortly after we moved in, the kids started complaining that they had no hot water upstairs, I checked the other bathrooms in the house and no hot water in the 1st story either. I called Mr. Napier and asked them about fixing it for us and he told me that he would have to charge us for a circulation pump and installation. I don't know what we paid for when they performed the original plumbing and we paid for a continuously CIRCULATING hot water system for the entire house. Then the ONLY place we had ANY hot water at all was the main story. I refused to pay more than we already had paid since we were supposed to have gotten this premium continuous circulation system to begin with. That was the last time I spoke with Mr. Napier. #3 We had 5 outside hydrants placed all around our house since I wanted to have readily available water outside for watering and cleaning. The first thing we noticed was that none of them were actually connected to the house, they were all free floating as they went through the walls, not secured by anything. One by one, they each began to fail. We assumed this happened because they had not been properly secured to the house. That was only part of the problem. Not only were they not secured but they were also not sealed and were made of thin metal instead of galvanized metal. When the last one failed and my husband was forced to cut through the sheetrock walls to remove each one we found that every single one of them had frozen and burst. This caused more damage to the house as when the hydrants burst, they leaked water into the inner walls of the house. We have black mold growing in the walls and the ceiling on the 1st floor is ruined around the area where each hydrant was located. I couldn't have been more disappointed. We have had to spend more money on fixing the problems from our plumbing than our first home cost to build the whole thing. I realize that everyone is human and we all make mistakes but Mr. Napier did not express any interest in correcting issues and/or problems that we had with the plumbing. I really liked dealing with Mr. Napier before the work was completed but I was sorely disappointed with the quality of both the material and the workmanship once the job was done. I never called them on the outside hydrants so I am not basing this review on how that was handled after the fact, just the quality of the material and lack of securing and sealing them.

We have had to use their plumbing services several times. We are always happy with their work, courtesy and reasonable rates.
