  Betty and Chris were two of the nicest people that I've dealt with in a long time in reference to a business. My water heater wasn't working and Chris came over assessed the situation and saw that I had an elderly parent living in the house and he really was concerned and wanted to get that hot water up and running quickly. My hot water heater had to be replaced but it was still under warranty and Chris took the initiative to help me try to get a refund. He also had the new water heater installed quickly. N j McCann Plumbing is veteran friendly, fair to the elderly folks and I would highly recommend them. My other advice is stay away from apps the promise good service, stick with the local businesses.

  I have been using N.J McCann and sons for over a decade for my home and commercial business. Always extremely prompt service with immediate resolution. Andrew and Chris are very caring owners. Top notch!

  About a month ago I called because my toilet had a leak. I was charged $150 for the repair. A few days later, every time I flushed the toilet the tank would jiggle. I called them and they sent the same man to tighter the bolts. Again it only lasted for a few days. When I informed them, they told me to replace the toilet. I said I only bought this toilet 5 years ago and it was expensive, $500+. They told me to then call the manufacturer. I was told by the manufacturer the gasket is not standard, so the one that was used wouldn’t work. The manufacturer mailed me the proper gasket, so I had them come back to install the proper gasket. This lasted for about a week, now the toilet is leaking again. I called yesterday before 10:00am that my toilet was leaking again so I requested that a plumber call the manufacturer to figure out how to correct this issue. I was told that the office manager or the owner would contact me today. Well it is now 3:45pm and guess what? No one has reached out to me at all. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in this company as I have referred numerous customers to them over the years and now I am being ignored. Not good customer service, so now I will have to contact a plumber who knows how to repair my toilet. Very unsatisfied and will NEVER use them again. All the people I referred will be told to use someone else in the future as well.
