Awesome company did an outstanding job.
Both technicians were great.

I can't tell you enough how wonderful my experience was with NE Bob Waltz Plumbing! Our hot water heater died. They were able to come out to the house so quickly (we had zero water!!). The person I spoke to one the phone was so calming and made me feel like everything would be fine. And it was! They asked me about size and type of hot water heater and I had no clue. But they walked me through how to make this decision!! Size of the hot water heater? Type? She walked me through options, pros and cons. Face timing me because I didnt know where to look to answer the questions about what I currently had installed! They just made everything so easy! Several of my friends used this company so they already came highly recommended but I couldnt ask for a  better, more honest, caring, and reliable company! Trustworthy. Honest. Caring. Friendly. Not sure you could really ask for anything else!

My water heater broke and water leaked everywhere. Waltz plumbing responded quickly and they were able to replace it within hours. The crew was very courteous and professional. I know there will be nothing to worry about for years to come which is greatly reassuring.

No one likes having to call a plumber, until you need one.  Want to replace a toilet and noticed the toilet flange is rusted out.  I wanted it replaced, and they came out the same day.  They gave me two options on how to tackle the problem and have this done in less than 30 minutes.  Very friendly and professional, and I am planning on using them again when I need a plumber.  Highly recommend!

5/17/21- I called a service for kitchen sink not draining and a water leak in the basement.

5/20/21 - They came and fixed the kitchen sink and the busted pipe. The technician hand me the paper detailing the work is done and the amount I’m going to pay. He told me about the 30 day labor warranty.

6/15/21- I called again for the same issue( leak in the basement). I have an assumption that is covered by warranty. It still within 30 days. They told me that they will call back.

6/18/21- Three days past, nobody gave me a call back. So, I called again. They sent a technician on the same day. The technician came and I was informed that the leaked was from the hose reel and the hose.For us to have the same problem from a different cause, means that everything was not thoroughly checked. The fact that the hose reel with the hose was connected to the hose bib and pipe that they replaced on the first encounter.The technician had the work done approximately 6 mins. He hand me the paper detailing the work done. But no amount is written.

6/29/21- I was surprised that a bill came from a mail amounting $122.00. Wow, for 6 mins-$122.00. I called
and asked why I was charged and how come that much.I was told it is in their policy to charge that amount. Nobody told me about that policy which they should have explained from the very beginning. It was a ripped off. Definitely not coming back. Attached here are the receipts:

Great service both for HVAC and plumbing. These folks installed the central heat and AC in my house 10 years ago from scratch. Now they're helping me solve a major plumbing issue.  Jeff Waltz has been especially helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys were great.  They were on time and professional and actually really fast.  I thought my projects were going to take a few hours, and 2 toilet replacements and installing a water line to a refrigerator were done in no time.  I was happy with the customer service on the phone and the availability of appointment times.

It's rare to find a company that provides such a great service at a great price. We searched all around for a plumber to completely repipe our townhouse, we are glad we chose NE Bob Waltz. The service we received was excellent, great communication, their technicians (Todd) were amazing, polite and always courteous. We used them multiple times for other smaller jobs, such as a leaky shower drain and a toilet install and we always received the same A+ level of service!

We had fantastic experience installing our water softener! The guys showed up on time, professionally dresses, very polite. Spent 4 hours at the house and I didn't even notice them! The job was done fast, efficient and very clean! Upon leaving they assured me that if I had any further questions I shouldn't hesitate in contacting the company. On top of that my water softener cost was more than half a fraction that my contractor asked for it, which left the money to add a pantry. Who would not
