The hot water heater in my rental home broke, and since he was out of the country, the owner recommended that I call Jefferson, who responded quickly by sending two young plumbers to diagnose the problem. These guys were professional, friendly and really knew their stuff, recommending a replacement. (the tank was 13 years old.) Two days later the decision to replace the broken tank was made on our end and Kathy at Jefferson squeezed the job in quickly since I had been without hot water for several days. The team she sent (two different men) were equally friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. They installed the tank and left my place looking spotless. Hot water again! I'm so impressed with Jefferson's sincere willingness to help out a new client in distress, especially since they still had jobs related to the recent floods. Everyone I dealt with in this company (2 women on the phone and 4 plumbers) was a pleasure to work with. These are hard days for everybody. We are all learning patience. But it is such a bonus to work with a company that treats clients with such kindness and concern. I highly recommend Jefferson Plumbing and Heating, will recommend them to friends and will not hesitate to hire them for future jobs.

Jefferson has done great work for me for a reasonable price. Just recently, when they came out and couldn't fix something (a different contractor was needed), they didn't charge me a dime, and called to check up on me the next day! Very fair service and I'll be going back to them in the future.

This is the second time I have used Jefferson Plumbing for one of my clients. The service men were very polite, neat and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them make the repairs.
