  I called for a toilet repair at 12:30. I was immediately put on the repair list and told that the service call would be between 1:00 & 3:00. Dylan showed up promptly at 1:45 & gave me a reasonable quote for the job. He completed the repair by replacing the flush valve and shutoff valve, all in under 45 minutes! He was so courteous and efficient. I am so very impressed and so thankful that I called My Professional Plumber! Thanks again Dylan!

  The plumber came as scheduled and very professionally gave us an itemized estimate, showing us features that needed to be corrected and replaced. He also showed us house features we were unable to find. Very efficient.

  I called to schedule an appointment and My Professional Plumber of Knoxville was able to send a technician the next day (it was not an emergency). Dylan was the plumbing technician sent to my house to install new fill valves in all three of our toilets. Dylan did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We could not be more pleased as Dylan was fantastic.
