  We paid for our home to have exterior wood replaced in areas that needed it and to have the full exterior painted back in Oct of 2020. He ran out of time for the season and then had covid and health problems and kept promising he would finish it in the spring of 2021. Of course this was us initiating conversation as he lacks any sort of professionalism to take responsibility for his fraudulent ways. When we reached out to ask once again in the summer if he can please finish his work per the contract...he became irate and stopped responding. He has no problem keeping our money and not doing his work. He acted as though he has health problems, but according to the recent reviews, he is still out scamming people. He should be ashamed. Dont waste your time or money on this joke of a business.

  BATHROOM REMODEL DISASTER! POOR WORKMANSHIP, INAPPROPRIATE TEXT MESSAGES AND 2:00 A.M. PHONE CALLS, ENDLESS CODE VIOLATIONS! Toilet installed incorrectly, sink installed incorrectly with no trap, wrong size trap installed in shower. Joe's vinyl flooring showers are not waterproof, only temporary! Drain pipes were installed incorrectly. Used fireproof wallboard instead of water resistant. Installed electrical junction box underneath the toilet, serious code violation! The day after my bathroom was finished (The pictures below are what he considers ready to paint)... I woke up to water pouring through my kitchen ceiling! While screwing in wallboard Joe screwed through a pipe. My kitchen ceiling had to be torn down! Hallway wall had to be torn down! Everything he did will need completely gutted and redone! He also tried to rip me off on gift cards I purchased. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CROOK! HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE'S DOING! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT PICTURES POSTED!

  I hate to say it but found out after this customers dog bit me in the face that she is never happy and is always out to scam people and contractors .she has sued lowes and several other people

  ***look him up on neighborhood watch before hiring**** We had a fire at our residence April 18th. We had called a contractor for what we thought was a free and honest quote for repair on April 19th. The company's business card states free estimates. Well he wanted to see insurance documents and talked with me but needed the actual owner and asked for 400 on the spot or we sign his contract well still being so shellshocked from having a fire at my house immediately talked with my father in law who owns are place and didn't want to do all the work but also knew i didn't have 400 dollars. I did not feel right about this business practice at all. Contractor has been calling daily asking about the insurance and i find this inappropriate for a business to be prying into personal business calling after 9 pm. I do not want to pay this contractor any money as im just very unhappy about being pressured just a few hrs after having a serious fire in my place
