  Called around for a plumber and Murrell did come out the same day for a clogged toilet an they also replaced a toilet. After replacing the toilet, it did not work. I contacted Murell, yet he has yet to return any communication attempts. Needless to say, had to hire amther plumber, who unclogged the original problem and also notified me that the washer on my brand new toilet was not installed. After this, contacted Murrell again with no response. Will never use again and will contact to BBB

  Ben replaces my mother’s hot water tank today. After having issues with untrustworthy businesses in the past, it was a huge relief to hear of the wonderful service my mother received. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
